It’s 2019 and our world is pretty dang toxic. We are exposed to hundreds more chemicals than our ancestors were, from what we eat, drink, breathe, put on our bodies, etc. Unfortunately we can’t live in a bubble and escape all of it. But we can make better choices. If it weren’t for me, my husband would still be eating Poptarts for breakfast and drinking from water bottles he left in his car in the heat of summer (CRINGE). I’ve taken it upon myself to make our home a healthier place for ourselves and for our future children.
